Start your visit to Leuven off with a walk past its many monuments and notable areas. Local historian and thespian Toon de Kegel will pick you up at the back of the train station, and show you the way through town, filling you in on Leuven's long and rich history along the way.

Meeting point is at the statue of the Unkown Woman of War (Onbekende Oorlogsvrouw). Exit the big tunnel underneath the train station in the direction of Hal 5, pass underneath the bridge, and it's right in front of you.
